GraphicsPro Studio collects the information needed to provide its graphic-creation service. How does GraphicsPro Studio use information?

GraphicsPro Studio uses information to create requested graphics, authenticate accounts, maintain credit balances and purchase history, protect the service, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and security. Submitted content is not used to build advertising profiles or sold for unrelated marketing activity.

Which service providers process information?

GraphicsPro Studio uses cloud infrastructure, private image storage, authentication and database services, payment processing, and AI image-generation providers. Each provider may process information only as needed to perform its role, maintain security, or comply with law. Payment card information is handled by the payment processor and is not stored by GraphicsPro Studio.

How long is information retained?

GraphicsPro Studio retains account, generation, and purchase records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect this information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

What privacy choices are available?

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to legal and operational limits. Where applicable privacy law provides additional rights, GraphicsPro Studio will honor verified requests as required.
