What does the service provide?

GraphicsPro Studio provides a guided AI graphic-creation workflow that helps users turn submitted text and selected visual direction into generated image files. The service is not a general design suite, professional design service, or a guarantee that every output will meet a particular creative, commercial, or legal purpose.

How do accounts and credits work?

Users are responsible for safeguarding account access and providing accurate information. Credits are the unit used for eligible image-generation requests, with one credit generally consumed per completed request unless the product clearly states otherwise. Credit balances, availability, expiration, and package details may change as the service evolves.

Who owns submitted content and generated graphics?

You retain rights you hold in content you submit and are responsible for having the permissions needed to use it. Subject to applicable provider terms, GraphicsPro Studio assigns its interest in generated graphics to you after creation, while retaining rights in the underlying platform, workflows, prompts, and service materials.

What uses are prohibited?

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, deceive others, create harmful or exploitative content, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer protected systems, or bypass usage limits. You may not represent generated output as independently verified professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

What should users know about AI output?

AI-generated output may contain errors, unexpected elements, resemblance concerns, or content that is not suitable for a particular audience or use. You are responsible for reviewing each generated graphic before publishing, distributing, relying on, or using it commercially, and for deciding whether it accurately represents your message and brand.

How do purchases and refunds work?

Purchases of digital credits or digital access are governed by the Refund Policy. All sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law. Users should evaluate the service before purchase and contact support promptly if a verified technical problem prevents an eligible paid generation from being completed.

What is the limitation of liability?

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GraphicsPro Studio and LaughlinLLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Any total liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service during the preceding twelve months.

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where LaughlinLLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
